Applicable to all bookings at MPT Samrat Vikramaditya The Heritage
Check-in & Check-out Timings
Standard Check-in time is 02:00 PM and Check-out time is 12:00 PM (Noon). Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may attract additional hourly charges.
Mandatory Government Photo Identification
All adult guests (Indian & Foreign nationals) must produce valid original government-issued photo identity proofs (Passport, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, or Voter ID) at check-in. PAN Cards are not recognized as address proof.
Booking Confirmation & Payment
Enquiries generated via WhatsApp or web forms do not constitute confirmed reservations until an official booking voucher and confirmation token are issued following receipt of advance payment.
Cancellation & Amendment Policy
Cancellations initiated within standard timelines are processed according to MP Tourism hotel policy. During festive peak dates (Shravan Maas, Mahashivratri, New Year), bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Heritage Preservation & Property Damage
MPT Samrat Vikramaditya is a protected heritage palace. Any deliberate destruction, vandalism, or damage to vintage doors, carvings, antique furniture, or fixtures will result in immediate penalty charges.
Food, Alcohol & Prohibited Items
In reverence to the proximity of the sacred Mahakaleshwar Temple, consumption of alcohol, smoking in non-designated zones, and non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited on property premises.
Pet & Guest Policy
Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises. The property follows standard state tourism hospitality decorum and reserves the right to deny accommodation to disorderly individuals.
Jurisdiction
All legal disputes or claims arising out of reservations or stays at MPT Samrat Vikramaditya The Heritage are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
